so der Name des wohl ersten OpenSource Autos. Das Projekt läuft schon seit 1999 und zur Zeit befindet sich sich Oscar in der Version 0.2. Ab diesem Jahr ist wohl jeder dazu eingeladen an der Gestaltung mitzuwirken.
